Delegates are encouraged to register for the conference early to take advantage of the early registration fee incentive and to ensure that their accommodation requirements are met.

Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.

Persons paying with credit cards may register on-line. Visa, Mastercard will be accepted. Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Conference for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Cancellation by September 5, 2008: 50% refund
- Cancellation after September 5 2008 & No show: No refund
